  Again I’m reading about anger. In particular rile in the USA. A 2020 Gallup poll showing that the % of people struggling with frustration was at the highest point in years. Duke University Medical Center finding that 9% of adults in the USA have a history of impulsive angry behavior --- and have access to weapons. This would include wheeled ragers.
