SO MUCH TO CONSIDER!

Romans 12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. … Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; …

  We don’t begin to hear all the news from every corner of the world, let alone the USA. It’s not just that we are occupied with many necessary tasks every day. How much news can a person hear and digest? Even those fulltime in news dissemination typically focus on a few topics local, USA, outside our borders.
  Consider our present lives in the USA with so many community, state, and national issues that we are informed on somewhat. Weeding the garden or watching the Ravens is comparatively easier and much more comfortable. But then tomatoes and touchdowns are not exactly prayer list toppers, are they?
