John 3:1-3  There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Our citizenship is in the kingdom of heaven, meanwhile we attend to serving our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Philippians 3:20

I’ve been enjoying more physical activity this week in preparation for a weekend guest and our Family Thanksgiving Gathering here on Saturday.  Prepping for and painting for one. Think not that I used ladders. I instead made use of Height Facilitator Devices with steps not rungs. Hawaiian Flower hue pleases my eyes. Applying it, cleaning, junking, stowing, and organizing had the added benefit of 3 pound loss.
Being a year round perspire I took cool-down rehydration breaks watching authoritative political commentators of the “We know better for we are educated and enlightened.” ilk.
One thing repeatedly said or implied was that all Americans are either sad or gloating.
Per my Dad’s teaching I heard a red flag flapping on the “all”, that he taught me is a presumptuous fools’ word.
Secondly I personally am not cheerless or cheerful, depressed or elated, over the outcome of our most recent USA presidential election. Why not?
Whatever of kings, tsars, presidents has been, will be, or is . . . the most important things of life are unchanged.
·         I AM THAT I AM is still the absolute Sovereign. Ex.3:14
·         My and other believers’ John 1:12 present and eternal family membership is unaltered.
·         My and other believers’ Philippians 3:20 present and eternal citizenship is unchanged.
·         Our attitude is not in response to changing socio-political events. Phil.4:11-13
·         Our life is centered in consistent participatory Christian service above results. Jam.1:8, 4:8
·         Though as salt and light we vote, there is but one king ours! Mt.5:13; Mk.9:50; Dan.2:37; 1Tim.6:15; Rev.17:14; 19:16
  Rejoice, rejoice evermore!
