FEAR
2Ti 1:7-8 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
There’s an old
Egyptian proverb: All things fear time.”
I don’t fear
time, though I do have a personal knowledge of what the ravages of time can do
to our bodies and minds. I see and feel it more and more with each passing
year.
I know my earthly
body is failing in many ways, but I have no fear of standing and giving my
testimony of what the Lord has done for me!
