BACK IN PLACE
Galatians 6:1-2 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a
fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness;
considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's
burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
I’ve never had a joint out of socket myself, but I remember
a young man brought to the ER with his shoulder dislocated from sliding into
home plate.
His shoulder was
misshaped. His arm hung useless and he was in extreme pain. When the doctor
placed his foot in the young man’s armpit and pushed while pulling on his arm
with all his strength, the young man fainted.
When he aroused a
few moments later he could use his arm and the pain was mostly gone.
When a Christian
is “out of place”, disjointed, because of sin it up to the rest of us to go to the
person in love to help them get back in place. This even though it may hurt at
the time.
