  2Timothy2:15-16  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. 

  2Timothy 3:16-17  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. 

  Though there are those that think so and those from bully pulpit preach so, the USA is not the center of the universe or time or events.

  Christians that think our recent weather patterns, wildfires, *drug epidemics, Covid death of people, failed businesses and social fabric, et al are patterns here leading up to the Rapture and end times are amiss.

  Again, the USA is not the center of the universe, time or events. As a nation, are we even a paragraph in God’s plan? I think not.

  As we study God’s Word we see that Jesus is to be our center, He saying so succinctly as is recorded in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life”. The apostle Paul made much of this fact in writing to the Colossians, penning “God's Son was before all else, and by him everything is held together.” (CEV 1:17)

  As we claim Jesus as central to our life let us live accordingly.

*Much is made of Opoid abuse. Correctly so. But what of Fentanyl getting briefly, if at all, mentioning by politicians, Faucis, or the media? Sad facts: Most Fentanyl is manufactured in Communist China, primarily moving thru Mexican criminal gangs into the USA by various means.  The massive amount of money gained flows in reverse to be laundered by China. The Fentanyl flood started around 2013 and increased since. In 2017, 28,000 died from overdoses involving Fentanyl. In 2019, 37,000 more Americans.  (Nearly 5 times the number of USA troops killed in the “forever wars” in Iraq and Afghanistan.) In 2020 the United States government reported 93,000 deaths from drug overdoses – the vast majority from Fentanyl poisoning. Thus far for 2021 I only know of one certain Fentanyl overdose death, my 37 year old grandson Aaron.
